WINGS&a1 – start on the balls of the feet with feet together, scrape both feet outwards on the outside of the ball taps and into the air, then spank both feet inwards at the same time and land on the balls of the feet with your feet together

Tip: Make sure your weight is on its way up into the air when you scrape out or there will be a lot of pressure on your ankles.
