BackSTOMP – 1 – hit the foot flat against the floor with NO weight on it
Tip: Don’t put your weight on the stomp and don’t flex the foot too much or the foot won’t hit flat. Also, if you lift your foot immediately or “bounce” it off the floor it ensures you don’t put weight on it.

Solutions: Relax your ankle as much as possible during the stomp to get it to hit flat.
