Chug Tap Dance Move

CHUG – 1 – lift heels (or just a single heel), slide forward a small amount and then drop the heels (or heel) at the end of the slide forward
Tip: Don’t let the balls of the feet come off the floor and if you find they are too short and stiff, lift your body up during the sliding portion of the move.
