Backwards Wing&a1 – start on the balls of the feet with feet apart, scrape both feet inwards and into the air allowing one foot to cross in front of the other, then brush both feet outwards at the same time and land on the balls of the feet with your feet apart

Tip: Cross the feet when they come in because it gives you a better chance of getting the brushes going out.
