start on the balls of the feet with feet together, scrape both feet outwards and into the air, then spank both feet inwards at the same time, hit the toes (tips) of both feet and land on the balls of the feet with your feet together
Tip: Keep your ankles loose and don’t put weight on the toes so the landing isn’t late.
